You may use any of the following credit cards to pay for your custom bedding order:
VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
Delivery Time
Your custom bedding order will be shipped within 14 business days from receipt of order. All orders will be shipped via UPS ground delivery unless specified otherwise. Please allow one week for shipping. You will be notified if any items are on backorder.
No Charge Shipping
There will be no shipping charges for any custom bedding orders.
Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax (including applicable local tax). When you place your custom bedding order, we will quote the total price for your approval.
Returns / Exchanges
All orders are custom made to your specifications. Because of this personalization,
no returns or exchanges can be allowed.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours and prior to shipping, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total order price. To cancel an order, please call 1-888-990-7438.
Guarantee
SIScovers guarantees all products on workmanship and materials for life. We cannot be responsible for normal fabric wear, sun damage or damage caused by misuse. If there is a defect in any item, please call 1-888-990-7438 within 30 days from receipt of your goods, and the SIScovers customer service staff can assist you in replacing the item.
